THE STORY 

Vida Farm is a modern processing facility located in An Vinh Ngai Hamlet, Tan An District, just over 15 km from the ingredient-growing areas in the Mekong Delta—an area with optimal soil conditions for growing soursop. Here, using parts like stems, branches, leaves, and roots of fruit trees from southern Vietnam, Vida Farm produces tea products rich in nutritional and medicinal value.

Vida Farm’s production process begins with selecting organic-standard plants, combined with USDA-certified cultivation area management. Leaves are harvested at the perfect time to retain maximum nutrients and are transported to the factory. They undergo a thorough cleaning process using ozone bubbling technology, are flash frozen at -50°C, and are processed using freeze-drying technology to preserve their nutritional content, chemical structure, and medicinal properties. Next, the soursop leaves are finely ground using an automated grinding system, then filled into tea bags and packaged as the final product.

Vida Farm Herbal Tea Bag Production Process

After researching technology and testing new methods, VIDA FARM has developed a high-quality line of herbal tea bags with numerous health and beauty benefits.

By combining traditional methods with scientific and technological advancements, along with modern closed-loop management systems, VIDA has created safe, superior-quality products that fully meet export standards for demanding markets like Europe and the U.S.

To produce herbal tea bag products, VIDA FARM has established a specialized organic cultivation area in the Mekong Delta. The herbs are grown under strict protocols, from soil preparation to natural care and harvesting, all adhering to precise technical requirements.

After harvesting, the raw materials are transported to the factory for washing and preliminary processing in a sterile environment. The herbs are chopped and prepared according to food safety standards before moving on to the drying phase. Drying ensures the quality of the raw materials while extending their shelf life.

Immediately after preliminary processing and packaging, the products are stored in a warehouse with controlled temperature and humidity, and then they are transported for further processing into tea bags to guarantee the best quality.

VIDA FARM’s tea bag products are produced in an ISO-certified facility specializing in the production of dry tea, tea bag processing, and packaging. The tea bags are packaged using the most advanced, fully automated systems in the food production and processing industry, ensuring human health safety.
